Whenever I drink pu-erh tea, I immediately start feeling strange. I don't buy it myself; I've been drinking some I received as a gift. I'll finish what I have and won't drink it again. It's no wonder that the Chinese themselves drink teas like pu-erh as medicine; a pharmacist sells you teas according to your personal needs and ailments. Apparently, pu-erh and I are incompatible.
